What happens after the repair?
You get a digital record of the full process _ including photos, timestamps, and your final invoice.
Do you offer extra services like pickup or mobile estimates?
Yes. Pickup/drop-off and mobile on-site estimates are available as optional services _ subject to distance and charged separately. Just mention it during your quote request and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your location and repair case.
Can I use my insurance?
In some cases. We're happy to assist if your insurer allows overflow jobs or approves repairs with us. It’s best to check with your insurance provider first and ask if they’ll authorize work at Auto Claim Repair Lab.
Can I visit the workshop in person before booking?
